Include the agreed daily plan, rooms, transport, meals, guide language, party size, price and inclusions as attachments or clear terms. Website examples do not replace the full agreement.
Read key terms before signing
Review payment/refunds, changes, minimum group conditions, suppliers, health/insurance, disruption, personal information and dispute arrangements. Ask for unclear clauses to be explained before signing.
Version, language & signature
Agree the version, attachments, identities and language; resolve translation differences and retain signed copies. This website does not currently provide automatic electronic signing, and a menu click does not form a contract.
Reference text & your actual agreement
An appropriate official model may inform the agreement for the product, completed for your actual services. A model is not a contract signed on your behalf; cross-border and special products require separate scope checks.
