Traveller voices
With your permission, “Back from the journey” shares your overall rating and comments about the trip and our service. We value suggestions for improvement as well as praise; a critical rating alone is not a reason to withhold feedback.
How we publish traveller feedback
- We publish only material you have explicitly agreed to share. Consent is optional and does not affect how we respond to you or provide service.
- We remove names and identifying details of travellers, companions, staff and guides, including contact details and booking references.
- We do not publish discriminatory or abusive language, private information about others or content that infringes their rights. Any editing for clarity will preserve the meaning of your rating and comments.
- For a specific complaint, we first discuss the circumstances with you and explain our response. Where privacy requires a redaction, we will consult you and explain the reason wherever possible.

“Welcome back” is a response from the Snowland Travel team. We thank you for sharing your experience and explain improvements or useful context where appropriate. We cannot promise a public reply to every submission, but we will consider each one as we develop our journeys.
