How enquiries work
The enquiry form prepares text and an email draft in your browser rather than automatically sending it from the page. Your email app handles sending after review. Do not enter passwords, full card details or identity-document photographs.
Language & browser storage
Local storage retains language selection under snowland-site-language; some legacy functions also use snowland-lang. Language storage does not save enquiry entries. Browser autofill and history follow your browser settings.
Information for bookings
Actual quotes may need contacts, dates, party size and preferences; tickets, hotels and approvals may need identity information. Explain purpose, required items and submission method before collection and share necessary data with relevant service providers only.
Documents & payment receipts
Public initial enquiries do not request passport/Taiwan document uploads. Use an agreed private channel when required. Redact unrelated balances/transactions on receipts; this page does not collect payment passwords or charge cards.
External maps, rates & links
Google supplies embedded maps, currency tools may contact a public rate provider, and social/external links open other platforms. Their providers explain request processing and privacy; review their policies when using them.
Correction, deletion & contact
Edit drafts before sending and clear local storage in browser settings. Use our established contacts for access, correction or deletion requests regarding data you supplied; explain applicable retention where law or agreed service requires it.
