Confirm your trip and quote
Check dates, participants, services, price, deposit or balance amount and payment deadline.
Verify the recipient
Match the account holder, number, bank, currency and payment reference to the formal instructions. Verify unexpected account changes by calling our established contact number.
Make the transfer
Transfer the agreed amount after confirming fees, the required net receipt and expected processing time. Do not determine the payment amount solely from an indicative website exchange rate.
Send your transfer receipt
Use an established contact channel to send your booking reference, transfer date, currency and amount. Redact unrelated balances and transactions from your receipt.
Receive payment acknowledgement
We acknowledge payment after checking funds received. A transfer screenshot does not establish receipt; your booking status follows our written confirmation.

Deposits, balances and deadlines follow your specific quotation and agreement. No single deposit percentage applies to all trips.
What if I cancel or request a refund?
Refunds follow the agreed contract and supplier cancellation terms. We explain amounts, fees, exchange differences and processing times individually; full or immediate refunds are not guaranteed.
