Discuss four-star-class hotels in cities, with proposed properties and room types listed in the quote. Mountain and lakeside areas may lack equivalent facilities; check heating, hot water and private bathrooms. Official star certification and agency class assessments are distinct.
Meal entries are proposed arrangements: hotel breakfasts and local or Chinese lunches and dinners, with simple alternatives when visits require. Discuss spice, vegetarian needs and allergies in advance; complete allergen exclusion may not be possible.
