Review the route & quote
Review daily plans, transport, stays, meals, guide, admissions and price scope, including access, suitability, quote validity and currency.
Read the agreement
Check the contracting entity, travellers, inclusions, payment, cancellation and supplier terms. Resolve questions before signing the agreed version.
Submit application documents
Submit complete documents at least 20 working days before standard Tibet travel and one month before Ngari/Kailash. Allow the more generous period plus holidays or extra documents; approval is not guaranteed.
Pay against verified instructions
Verify written instructions and our company recipient before paying the agreed instalments. Tickets and hotels are confirmed individually; payment alone does not confirm every resource.
Receive the final plan & originals
Confirm transfers, guide contacts, hotels and emergency communication. Prepare original Tibet approval and valid ID for flights and trains under our policy, reconfirming actual checks before departure.
